social  media posts put employers off candidates
As per the latest reports one in five employers have rejected the potential candidates due to their  online presence and negative comments and post with aggressive and offensive language shared by them on varioua medias .  at the same time  bad grammar and spelling mistakes came in the top three candidate online put-offs offs, with over half of the employers citing this as an undesirable candidate action. it is desirable that the candidate should update  his profile regularly if he is applying through social media (facebook ,LinkedIn, instagram, twitter) and care should be taken. LinkedIn is the favorite place to check the profile , face book on 2nd place and twitter on 3rd place
