Certification Programme

“Professional Banking Operations”
A Certification Program on “Banking Services, Practices and Instruments” was conducted on 25th & 26th July 2015 for the students with an aim to acknowledge them about the Professional Banking Operations. There were 87 students who participated in this certification program. The program was coordinated by Dr. Subhash Sharma, Dr. Kulvinder Kaur and Ms. Sini George.

 In this Certification Programme Ms. Pragya Kothari, Chief Manager, Induslnd Bank provided a wide knowledge about the financial operations, products & services offered by a Bank and banking regulations. She focused more on the practical working of the Bank mainly on Payment & Settlement System. 

Further, Mr. N. S. Chawda, Faculty Member-PIM discussed the same with a practical approach to make the students understand about the various documents used in day-to-day transaction and informed them about the services offered by the bank.

Mock Interview

 With an intention to reduce the stress and anxiety about interviewing, the mock Interviews were hosted for MBA Honours 4th Trimester students.

Learning Outcomes:
      • It helped the student in boosting their confidence.

      • The students were provided with constructive feedback in a low-stress environment.

      • They were helped in preparing for behavioral-based interview questions as well.

The Interviews were taken by the panel of experts from different specialized fields. The members were Dr. Shikha Bhargava, Mr. R.P. Shrimali, Dr. Subhash Sharma, Dr. Preeti Sharma and Ms. Anamika Joshi

The students were given the hard copy of their feedback to ensure their success at the time of Job Interviews.
